Walk-in only — no reservations. When you arrive, put your name on the waitlist; seating is strictly first come, first served.

About 25 counter seats, and they go fast. Regulars line up 15–30 minutes before opening — on busy nights the wait can run 45 minutes to 2 hours. While you wait, there are bars and shops nearby to pass the time, or you can hang out inside.

Weekday lunches are the easiest seat in the house. Parties of 1–2 get seated fastest.

Street parking around Foch Street and nearby West 7th lots. Evenings fill up — give yourself a few extra minutes.

Dine-in and to-go pickup available. The menu changes daily — the specials board is the move. Most guests spend roughly $50–100 per person. Eat each handroll the moment it arrives.
